We spend a LOT of time and energy on love and relationships.
But where and how do we learn to BE in a relationship?

While the fantasy of that might be fun, the reality of it is a bit more shocking.
Giving up your voice to be with the man.
Giving up your freedom to save your father and falling in love with your captor.
Being a servant to your family with one night of magic and beauty that will disappear at midnight.
Being asleep until the prince wakes you up with true loves kiss.
Imprisoned by time and wealth until the prince saves you.
Those are just a few.
We could go on and on.
Many of us spend our whole lives trying to bend, fold, staple and mutilate ourselves into a version that we’ve decided that we’re supposed to be. Or waiting for it all to show up looking like the fairytale for us to choose it.
We get fed so many points of views and conclusions about what relationship IS supposed to be and NOT be.
What if none of that is actually true?
What if relationship could be less about projections, expectations and judgments and more about the amazing gift and adventure we can be for each other when we choose to truly be us?
What if it all actually starts by you being willing to truly be you – even when there are other people around?
