Are you aware of something ‘off’ in your reality?

You see, these energies can show up when you are asking for something different in your life (whether you are cognitively aware or not)!

Have I told you my secret way of moving through things when I’m feeling off? When I am choosing to create space in my life, beyond any structure or reference points, I often invite the elements of intimacy as my facilitators.

The 5 elements of intimacy are trust, vulnerability, allowance, honor and gratitude.

Adding just one element in as your facilitator can begin to change the energy so you have a sense of YOU and what your reality is beyond any coping mechanism.

A great question to begin asking is: 

Which element of intimacy can I add here to change this with total ease?
