TheĀ YOU-First Experiment

Six liveĀ calls exploring what changes when you stop putting yourself last...

Something interesting happens to people who work hard to please...

At first, it works really well. You become dependable. The person people trust. The one who quietly notices what’s needed and makes it happen without much fuss.

It’s a good role to have.

Over time, though, you get very good at adjusting. You read the room. You smooth things over. You say ā€œI don’t mindā€ because it keeps everything moving. Most of it happens automatically. No one necessarily asked you to take on that role… It’s just the way you learned to navigate the world.

And eventually you start to notice something a little strange about the way you move through your day.

It’s a bit like a mom who spends the afternoon cooking dinner for the family. She’s making sure everyone will enjoy the meal… and by the time everyone sits down to eat, she realizes she doesn’t even like what she made.

Not because the meal is bad. Just because somewhere in the process, she never actually stopped to ask herself what she felt like eating.

Life can start to look a bit like that...

You get very good at making things work for everyone else, and before you even realize it, you’ve quietly slipped off the menu.

And it doesn’t only show up around dinner tables.

Sometimes it looks more like Christmas shopping. You spend hours finding gifts for everyone else. Then the morning comes, and you realize… there’s nothing under the tree with your name on it.

Not because anyone meant to forget you. It’s just that somewhere along the way, you got so good at thinking about everyone else that you quietly stopped including yourself in the equation.

If this lands a little close to home and you’re starting to notice the pattern, you might enjoy exploring this experiment with us.

The YOU-First Experiment

The YOU-First Experiment is a series of six live conversations where we explore what happens when you start putting yourself back on the list.

Not by turning your life upside down.

More by noticing the small habits that quietly move you out of the center of your own life… and experimenting with what shifts when you begin interacting with them differently.

These are live conversations, which means you’re not just listening in. You can bring your questions, receive facilitation directly, or simply be in the room while someone else explores something that suddenly changes everything for you.

Across six calls, we’ll move through a sequence of shifts that can start changing how you relate to your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through your life.

Sometimes the change comes from the question you ask. Sometimes it comes from hearing someone else ask the one you didn’t know you needed.

Either way, the experiment starts the moment you step into the room.

This is also the beginning of something bigger that’s being created, which means this first round becomes our Beta Tester crew.

You get to step in early, explore the experiment with us, and help shape what this grows into.

Come play on the ground floor while we build this thing together.

The entire six-call series is $50.
Yes… really.

That’s six live conversations and the full arc of the experiment for about what most people spend on a casual night out.

It won’t be offered at this price again. But the first people in the room get to explore it while it’s still being built — and help shape what it becomes.

What people have been saying...

I used to resist Sarah’s classes because deep down, I knew she would see the parts of me I was hiding from. When I finally chose to show up, I found a space of kindness and allowance that melted so many walls. My whole world feels lighter.

- Sofia L.

ā€œI thought I needed more tools to ā€˜fix’ my relationship. Turns out, I just needed to receive me. Sarah has this way of making it all lighter, even the stuff you swore was too heavy. Suddenly, everything starts to change, almost without effort.ā€

-Ā Jasmin F.

I thought I’d already done it all (therapy, workshops, self-development), but this space with Sarah was different. She doesn’t give you answers; she opens doors to the version of you that already knows. And from there, everything in my relationships started to soften.

- Mona D.
