I’m here to have your back in that process. To help you notice where you might be leaving yourself out, where you’re second-guessing what you know, and where including yourself a little more could open doors you didn’t realize were available.

So how do we start including you again?

We meet twice a month in live calls where you can bring whatever’s going on for you. Questions, uncertainty, decisions, relationships, work, money, the “I know something needs to change, but I don’t know what” feeling. As you start choosing from a place that includes you, your potency grows. Not as a concept, but in ways you can actually feel in your life.
