How To Ask An ACTUAL Question

Friday, September 25th @ 10 AM PDT (Your time in the world) | Recordings included

“What else is possible?”

“What would it take?”

“What can I choose here?”

You can say all three of those and still not be asking anything. And then wonder why nothing in the situation moves.

I know that gap well... I used to ask “what else is possible?” about something I had already decided. It sounded like a question, but it wasn't one... it was my conclusion with a question mark on the end.

The tools are never the problem. But using them when your mind is already made up leaves the question nowhere to go.

On this call, I'll show you how to ask an ACTUAL question. Not the words (they matter a lot less than people think), but what's going on in you when you ask.

Here's what you get
  • How to ask a real open-ended question. You'll start to notice the part that happens in your head, before the words come out.
  • Five ways to get curious when you really don't feel like it. I used to think you were either born curious or you weren't... turns out you can switch it on.
  • The thing I notice before I ask anything (it takes about four seconds, and it catches me more often than I'd like).
  • How to turn something you've already decided into a real question again. Not by pretending everything's fine... I've tried that one.
  • Why asking can turn into a way of stalling. You can ask great questions for months and still never damn choose anything; I did that for a long time.
  • What I ask on the days I have no idea what to do, when I'm sitting there waiting for THE answer before I'll move.
  • The difference between what actually happened and the story I add on top. My husband didn't text back for six hours: that part's true. Everything I decided it meant, I made up.
  • How I catch myself building a case instead of being curious (once I've decided something, every little thing starts looking like proof I was right). Exhibits A through Z.
The details

One hour, live with me on Friday, September 25 at 10:00 AM Pacific. Check your local time

Can't make it? Sign up anyway... the replay comes to you afterward and it's yours to keep.

I'm not going to make you fix anything, or feel bad about what you already think.

I just want to show you how to ask something you don't already know the answer to.

What people have been saying...

I used to resist Sarah’s classes because deep down, I knew she would see the parts of me I was hiding from. When I finally chose to show up, I found a space of kindness and allowance that melted so many walls. My whole world feels lighter.

- Sofia L.

“I thought I needed more tools to ‘fix’ my relationship. Turns out, I just needed to receive me. Sarah has this way of making it all lighter, even the stuff you swore was too heavy. Suddenly, everything starts to change, almost without effort.”

Jasmin F.

I thought I’d already done it all (therapy, workshops, self-development), but this space with Sarah was different. She doesn’t give you answers; she opens doors to the version of you that already knows. And from there, everything in my relationships started to soften.
