"How you talk to yourself every day is the gasoline in your tank."

Hi, I'm Sarah!
Creator of the Include YOU Movement
If you had met me ten years ago, you would have seen someone who looked like she had everything figured out. I married my husband young, we had four incredible kids, I owned a successful celebrity hair salon in Los Angeles, and from the outside, it looked like I was living a dream life. And in a lot of ways, I was.
But inside, there was always this quiet sense that something wasnât fully aligned. Nothing dramatic, nothing catastrophic, just a subtle, constant awareness that the life I had built didnât quite feel like mine. It was a life that worked, but it didnât fully include me at the center of it.
The trouble wasâŚI was the strong one. The capable one. The reliable one. And I had built an entire identity around being the person who could handle anything. So I didnât even know how to acknowledge, much less admit, that something wasnât working for me.
Then my brother, Dr. Dain Heer, introduced me to the tools of Access ConsciousnessÂŽď¸. I wish I could say that everything shifted instantly, but that wouldnât be true. Because even when I had tools designed to empower me, I found a way to use them against myself.
Instead of choosing greater, I used the tools to try to fix myself: to dig up more wrongness, to prove I wasnât enough, to maintain the familiar pattern of feeling like I was the problem. I had access to magic, but I was still operating from the belief that I needed to earn my worth through constant self-improvement.
It took time, and a lot of honesty, to recognize that the tools werenât the issueâŚthe way I was treating me was.
The real turning point came when I realized I couldnât keep building a life that looked good while abandoning myself in the process. I began choosing differently. Not perfectly, not dramatically, but consistently. I started including myself in my own awareness, my own decisions, my own life.
Little by little, everything changed. Not because I became a better version of myself, but because I stopped treating myself like someone who needed to be fixed.
My marriage shifted. My parenting became more ease-filled. My business evolved in ways I never could have predicted.
And my life started to feel like mine, not the version of me that was performing, but the version of me that was actually present.
Which is why today, Iâm not only an energy coach, and a relationship facilitator, but the creator of the Include YOU Movement. A space designed for people who are ready to stop fighting themselves and start truly showing up in their own lives.
I facilitate conversations all over the world using the tools of Access Consciousness, including the Five Elements of Intimacy: honor, trust, allowance, gratitude, and vulnerability. These elements were the roadmap back to myself, and they remain at the heart of the work I do.
My capacity to bring humor into deep transformation, to turn intense moments into breakthrough moments, and to make people feel seen even when they canât see themselves, thatâs not something I learned. Itâs something I finally allowed.
If youâve ever been the person who looks put-together on the outside but feels disconnected on the insideâŚ
If youâve ever used self-development tools as a way to judge yourself instead of empower yourselfâŚ
If youâve ever sensed there was a different way to live but didnât know where to startâŚ
I see you. Iâve been you. And everything shifted for me the moment I chose to include myself.
Your life doesnât change when you fix who you are. It changes when you stop abandoning you and start choosing you.
