Hey you,
Â
Let me set the scene for youâŚ
I had just arrived in Budapestâfinally.
It was one of those long travel days where your body feels like jelly and all you want is to melt into bed and rest.
So when my friend Cesar asked if I wanted to take a walk to go see the river, my first thought was, âHmm⌠maybe later.â
Â
But, my body whispered, so I surprisingly said yes. As we were out walking, we kept seeing new things to go and exploreâŚbefore I knew itâwe had been walking for over an hour.
Â
Thatâs when I realized⌠Iâd been tricked đ
Because if someone had asked me to go exercise for an hour?
Absolutely not. My mind wouldâve lit up with judgments.
Too tired. Too much. Not the right time. Not the right body.
Â
But this?
This was just movement and checking out beautiful Budapest.
Just me, my body, the cobblestone streets, and the wonder of the world around me.
Â
There was no force. No goal.
Just choice. Just aliveness. Just a yes to what my body was already asking for.
And thatâs when it clicked for me: I didnât hate moving my body.
I hated all the baggage and judgment that came with what I thought exercise was supposed to be.
Â
That moment became the seed for
Wonder Workouts.
Â
Because what if working out wasnât something you had to force yourself to do?
What if it was simply an invitation to moveâyour way?
I couldnât have created Wonder Workouts without my incredible personal trainer, Jack Starr. Â
Jack has years of experience and has even set national records - but more importantly he creates a space of no judgment and inspires people to listen to their bodies.Â
No push, no comparison - just you in the joy of movement.

Our first Wonder Workouts session starts tomorrow, and itâs not your typical workout.
Itâs movement without judgment.
Itâs choosing your body, your energy, your way.
See you in the wonder,
 Sarah
