Dear you,

What would you choose if you couldn’t lose?

Choice creates. We hear it all the time in Access Consciousness, but choice creates… what exactly? More choices!

From a very early age we are told to “make good choices”, as if we could get it wrong, as if there was a bad choice.

In school we took “multiple choice” tests. That is a terrible name for them! There may have been multiple letters, but there was only one “choice” if you wanted to get a good grade.

No wonder when faced with the options available for a job, a new home, a relationship or any direction in life we can become so easily paralyzed with fear.

This or that. Good or bad. Right or wrong. LIFE OR DEATH! Every choice becomes so significant it’s a wonder we move at all!

Friend, choice is not about the destination, it’s about the journey. Every choice is going to gift you something.

If you don’t like the chocolate ice cream, next time get the vanilla. Now you know.

Missed your turn on the highway? What adventure awaits that you may have never discovered?

Are you wondering about a new career, maybe becoming a Bars practitioner or Certified Facilitator? Start down the road and see what happens. You’ll never regret the classes you take and the changes you make along the way.

You will know your next step from this one. Whatever you are choosing, is it fun for you? Does it tickle your fancy? Is it heavy or light - which is NOT another way of asking is it right or wrong!

Light is tingly, expansive, yes…keep going! Heavy just means ask more questions. Is now the time? Is there a tweak required that makes this choice lighter? What about this is heavy in this moment. Recalibrate. Choose.

No choice is forever, unless you desire it. Live in 10-second increments. Choose. Listen. Choose again.

Every choice has something to offer - information, healing, a challenge, growth. You may meet someone you never would have met or find yourself on a completely different track than you ever could have imagined.

Good, bad or ugly, how many times have you looked back on your life and acknowledged if something had not happened you would not be where you are today?

You cannot calculate every action before you take it, but every choice is valuable. Something will happen. Choice is the action that fuels your journey.

Choose nothing and nothing changes. Tomorrow you will find yourself exactly where you are today. Five years from now, you will still be five years older.

Ask yourself, “What will my life be like in five years if I choose this”? “What will my life be like in five years if I don’t choose this”?

Heavy or light? Make a choice!

It’s true, sometimes life can be like driving in the fog. You can only see as far as your headlights, but choice by choice, you can make the whole trip that way.

See you on the road!

What Else Is Possible?
