Hi you!

How ya be? I’m writing to you from Croatia after an epic Maestro class (holy wowwwwww).

It seems we’ve miraculously landed ourselves in November (how? I’m not totally sure ๐Ÿ˜†).  During this month “gratitude” tends to hog the stage, and everyone and their mother is inviting us to be grateful.

Well, I’ve never really been great at doing whatever everyone else is doing, so I’m gonna be a rebel and talk about something else ๐Ÿ˜‰ Don’t get me wrong though, gratitude, true gratitude, is potent AF and I’m all about it.

It’s just that I recently watched this movie, Free Guy, and I gotta talk about it. Have you seen it?! The plot of the movie is an incredible analogy for creating your life, and you know me and analogies! ๐Ÿ˜†

In the movie, the main character wakes up each day and moves through the same routine.  His life is like a loop.  At first he’s happy enough, but he also has a longing for something more.  And then, he actually sees and experiences the proof that something else IS possible.

It’s like he was living his life in monochrome and suddenly he sees there’s actually a billion colors available, and he starts creating his life in a totally new way. (You can watch the trailer here: https://youtu.be/X2m-08cOAbc)

It got me thinking about how much we do that in our own worlds.  How we move through the same routines, our days only incrementally different, creating our predictable futures.  And, if that’s totally fulfilling for someone, I’m super happy for them!  But, I’ve seen time and again that we actually desire the full color life but we're still living in greyscale.

How much are you living your life in monochrome?
Where day to day is just a slight variation of habits and patterns?

When you live in a gradient of sameness it creates a life of mediocrity.
To go beyond the base level of mediocrity into a prismatic life is possible.

When you start to choose the things beyond the familiar, the things that stretch you and light you up in ex-terrifying ways then suddenly the full spectrum of colors becomes available to paint your life with.

For me, those possibilities started to show up when I started watching my brother’s Tour of Consciousness videos and took The Foundation class.

As I was excitedly talking to my team about creating a Foundation class in January, it popped to share the 4 Elements of Creation with you:

  1. Question
  2. Choice
  3. Possibility
  4. Contribution

These aren’t your classic personal development tools, they’re more like epic life hacks to possibility!

  1. Asking a question invites your awareness around the different choices you have available.
  2. Making a choice opens the door to all the possibilities created by that choice.
  3. Possibilities are ALL the choices available whether you choose them or not.
  4. Then you have to be willing to not only receive contribution from the universe, but acknowledge the contribution you be with the gift of your choices from step 2. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Use these four elements in all aspects of creating your life and see what shows up.  Feel free to reply back to this email to let me know what you tried and how it went!

I’m super grateful for you, for who you be and how you show up in the world, and I receive so much joy contributing to you.

Thank you!

P.S. One of the ways I started painting the sky red, coloring with all the crayons in my box, and even daring to color outside of the lines was by taking the Foundation class. I have one coming up in January, to find out more click here.

P.P.S. Here's an extra treat! One of Dain's Tour of Consciousness videos on creation ๐Ÿ˜‰ enjoy!
